This study aims to describe the impact of online mentoring activities in implementing RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, and Create) learning model on competence elementary school teachers training students’ critical thinking skills. The method was a pre-experiment with one-group pretest-posttest design involving 25 Indonesia. received model. research instrument questionnaire measure teachers’ knowledge skills thinking. data processing technique carried out by calculating mean percentage each item obtain description before after treatment. were analyzed inferentially paired sample t-test using SPSS version 22 software see treatment Based results paired-sample t-test, for both aspects, probability value (sig) 0.00 <0.05. result means that there significant difference activities. indicate improved
